    Default Please help me translate this

    Does anyone know how to translate the following?

    Cuanta gente! Adonde va todo el mundo? Mira! Van debajo de la tierra!

    I am translating this as part of a homework assignment. The context is a bus tour guide making announcements to the passengers and the people going underground are taking the subway... So far this is how I have translated it:

    All the people! Where does the whole world go? Look! They're going underground!

    but it still doesn't sound right to me. Any suggestions?

    Actually, that's not a bad translation. I'd say "So many people!" Todo el mundo means everybody so:

    "So many people! Where is everybody going? Look! They're going underground!"

    @Vicente

    Thanks, I don't think it would have occurred to me to translate "todo el mundo" as "everybody". In this case it definitely sounds better/makes more sense in english.

    You're welcome. Todo el mundo is a good one to remember as the common phrase for "everybody".
