    Default Poetry. Singladura. Borges.

    Hello,

    I am trying to translate the poem Singladura by Borges. I am having trouble with the first clause:

    El mar es tina espada innumerable...

    'tina espada' translated literally is bathtub sword, no? I don't understand how to logically translate the two words...

    It is a typo. The original reads "El mar es una espada innumerable y una plenitud de pobreza."
