Default Argentin@s, ayuda: Una estrofa poética difícil de traducir

    Me podría explicar [don]

    Could you explain to me,
    what is this obsession
of getting myself in his business,
    knowing his rheumatism[?], his relatives,
    growing around there,
    stirring up my soul?

Muchas gracias!

    Aquí es el contexto:

    Me quiere decir don
    qué tipo soy,
    cómo se llama
    este desmadejado asombro,
    esta pregunta boquiabierta al aire.

    Me quiere decir don

    Me podría explicar
    con qué se come
esto de andar metiéndome en sus ganas,
    sabiéndole su reuma, sus parientes,
    creciendo por ahí,
    dándome vuelta el alma.

Hi Penn, is very dificult to translate this metaphorical language, and the Argentinian slang therms/phrases like "con qué se come" that means something like "how can I interpretate" (not exactly).
I think that your translation is fine, some lines are impossible to translate, for example "sabiéndole su reuma, sus parientes", metaphorical spanish is so elegant, but hard/imposibble to translate.

Ok...Here goes my rendering of the first one! (Tough job! )
    Could you explain to me
how can I take on this thing (heavy load)
    of minding about your business,
    knowing your ailments, your relatives,
    growing around there,
    turning my soul upside down?
