It really depends on the context of where the phrase is used and how. Without more contextual information it is hard to say.

So far as I know, nobody is a third-person pronoun, so it should be 'helps'.

Right, it would either be "nobody helped you" as in the past or "no body helps you" as a general statement.

Surely, it must be NOBODY HELPS YOU, but if it is imperative with subject, It is ok without S

QUE NADIE TE AYUDE= NOBODY HELP YOU!
NADIE TE AYUDA = NOBODY HEPS YOU!

Nobody help you! As an imperative does not work in English since the command is not directed at that person but to everybody else. It would be "Nobody help her!"

I am not sure about what you say amayo.

"everybody else" can perfectly be "you"

nobody help her/ him/ you= que nadie la ayude/lo ayude/ te ayude. I think it doesn't make any difference.

I´m sorry but "Nobody help you!" is grammatically incorrect. "Que nadie te aydue" in English would be "I hope that nobody helps you". The way you are using que is to express a desire. This structure doesn´t work in English. In English you have to construct the entire sentence.

I agree with amayo, if you say "nobody help you" is incorrect. Either you would need to add an S to help or add more to the sentence, like "Nobody will help you". "Que nadie la ayude/lo ayude/te ayude" can be taken differently. It all depends if it is being said as a command. "I hope that nobody helps you" I wouldn't say is the correct either because of the word Hope in the sentence.

It would be great if some native speaker can say something about it.
