"yo no soy muda ni tampoco soy mochar"

Can somebody translate this to english please?2 girls were arguing.

yo no soy muda: I'm not mute (I can talk [to talk back, call names and fight])
ni tampoco soy mocha: I'm not missing an arm either (I have hands and arms [namely to hit people])

"Yo no soy muda ni tampoco soy mocha (not mochar)" means something like: "I am not mute/dumb/voiceless, neither am missing an arm". This is to let someone know that we are going to speak and fight to defend ourselves.

Can you please let me know if you have a popular English expression for this?
