"Ranch house" is a style of architecture (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ranch-style_house) that has nothing to do with ranches. A ranch house is typically on a small lot in a residential area. It has nothing to do with farms or large properties. Are you sure this is what you want?
Farms would work. Or farm properties, maybe. Ranches would be large properties for horses or cattle, but not farming.
