each year i make our patients aware of their new medicare deductible and this year i would like to include a message to our spanish speaking patients as well,
how do i say: Attention: Medicare patients your 2007 annual deductible is $131 If your supplemental insurance does not cover this deductible or you do not have a supplemental insurance, please be prepared that this portion of your office services will be collected from you today |

What confuses me is the word "office services". I would translate it like:

Yep, I turned "that this portion of your office services will be collected" into "these deductions will be collected".
I figured it doesn't really change the meaning that much. What do you think?
