Hi there. I'm sending out a message in spanish to parents.
    how would I translate this.....

"Student/Parent Shadow Day" "Attention parents, guardians, and adult family members"

    Please let me know.

I'd go with the practical function that shadowing represents:
Parents stay with the students at school

    "Parent/Student attendance day"
"Dia en que Papa/Mama acompaņan al estudiante en la escuela"
"Atencion Padres, guardianes, tutores y/o familiares adultos"

Shadowing day = Dia de hacer sombra (in spanish, this is used among teachers but sounds a little dark for parents, it's better to say to keep company)

    Hope it helps
