I have another question. Even though I understand the meaning of the sentence ,I can't put it into Spanish. Will you give me your suggestions?

Si, tenés razon. Son dos opciones para offset. Pero no me queda bien en el contexto. A menos que no este expresando bien el resto.

Que tal si lo pones asi:

Probablemente, los gerentes tendrán que compensar los beneficios que ofrece el estatus mejorado que ofrece la independencia laboral, contra una reducción significativa en los ingresos e incentivos corporativos.

Es que "relegar" no me parece adequado.

Me acabo de dar cuenta que puse "que ofrece" 2 veces en la frase. Estoy segura que te diste cuenta tambien y cambiaste uno de los dos
