Guys,
I have another question. Even though I understand the meaning of the sentence ,I can't put it into Spanish. Will you give me your suggestions?

Me parece que puedes usar: contrarrestar o compensar.

Si, ten�s razon. Son dos opciones para offset. Pero no me queda bien en el contexto. A menos que no este expresando bien el resto.

Que tal si lo pones asi:

Probablemente, los gerentes tendr�n que compensar los beneficios que ofrece el estatus mejorado que ofrece la independencia laboral, contra una reducci�n significativa en los ingresos e incentivos corporativos.

Es que "relegar" no me parece adequado.

Me acabo de dar cuenta que puse "que ofrece" 2 veces en la frase. Estoy segura que te diste cuenta tambien y cambiaste uno de los dos
