Como dirian ustedes la frasita "Branch Office", que refiere a cualquier planta, oficina, o edificio que pertinece a una compania, pero no es el establecimiento primario?

Creo que tu sugerencia de "sucursal" seria preferible sobre "sede." Tengo etendido que "sede" es la oficina principal. Por ejemplo: Microsoft, con sede en el estado de Washington, tiene sucursales en todo el pais.

De acuerdo a la RAE, la palabra que buscas es sucursa. Las definiciones de ambas palabras son las siguientes:

sede.
Lugar donde tiene su domicilio una entidad económica, literaria, deportiva, etc.

sucursal.
Dicho de un establecimiento: Que, situado en distinto lugar que la central de la cual depende, desempeña las mismas funciones que esta.

Creo que perezandric lo sintetizó de la mejor manera. Entonces, sólo "sucursal" deberías usar aquí.
