IS IS OK TO SAY VICEDEAN for vicedecano? I mean the vicedean of a university.

1) a bad realtionship with the boss usually weighs more heavely than economic reasons.

2) If the employees fall out with his boss, so does he with the company.

I think that is most commonly used: "dean" to say "decano" and "deputy" for "vice",so i would choose "the deputy dean"

Vice Dean without the hyphen is common practice.
