Cuando su mandato/representación finalizó, el banco calculó que ...(aca hay algo que falta) ascendía a 800 millones. Un aumento de 200 millones durante mas de una décadas.? IGUAL PARECECIERA QUE HAY ALGO QUE FALTA. QUIZÁ SEA EL CONTEXTO. |

Estoy de acuerdo con Teodoro.
I would guess that elsewhere in the text there is a definition of who falls into the category of "the worlds poorest," ---which is a noun phrase in this passage. |
