Otra duda similar. La misma persona comenta unas líneas después:

"I didn't feel so good about myself. I had no motivation by the end and was feeling down".

"No me sentía muy bien conmigo mismo. ¿Hacia el final? no tenía nada de motivación y me sentía deprimido".

Creo que aquí "by the end" no se refiere al final de cada día sino a toda la situación en general.

Hi Mart�n Fierro !!! How are you doing? " by the end " allways refers to the end of a period of time so your choice , at least for me, it`s fine,but i would have choosen " al final " in order not risk much as we do not have much context....Best...

In the first case, at my end refers to exhausted. I think your version is ok. Me sent�a liquidado/destruido/muerto (Cuban expressions). Me sent�a que no pod�a m�s...
In the second case
No me sent�a muy bien conmigo mismo. �Hacia el final? no ten�a nada de motivaci�n y me sent�a deprimido".

I think your translation is ok here. Hacia al final/Cuando se estaba terminando/Al final.
