Dear all,
I'm new to this forum. By circumstances I found myself translating an important document for the College I work for. The text has some words /sentences that I am not sure how to best translate. Any help is greatly appreciated. These are the words: (complete sentences in parenthesis) College Board of Trustees Alumni (named for the College's most illustrious Alumni) Lifetime (lifetime service) Endowed Professorship Muchas gracias. |

College = universidad is correct. However, if this is a college within a university, as in, College of Jouralism of ... Univeristy, this should be Facultad.
Board of Trustees - Consejo de Fiduciarios o Fideicomisarios adds the element of legal ownership and final authority. Alumni (named for the College's most illustrious Alumni) Ex-alumno más ilustre Lifetime (lifetime service) = servicio de vida Endowed Professorship = Profesorado Dotado |
