I'm not a native speaker and I'm don't have a lot of confidence about this, but here's my try:

¿Quién sacará esta foto?
Hermosa como siempre.

I like mariaklec and Moshe's response, here is how I think it should be:

"Me pregunto quien tomo esta foto......hmmm"

"Mirando hermosa como siempre"

Hope this helps

Thanks for the correction fome I like your translation, as I said before I also like mariaklec and Moshe's translations, I know that Mirando is usually not used, I just prefer it to be there, to my limited knowledge there is no miss-interprating this so it is not hurting anything really just user choice. Thaks again,

I don't think "mirando" can be used in the same way as "looking" in this example. Similarly, you can't translate "You look good" using the verb "mirar."

Exactly. Mirar means to watch or to see, so you wouldn't say "watching beautiful as always".
It would be as someone else said, no verb, simply "hermosa/preciosa como siempre". If you must add a verb, it would be "Te ves hermosa como siempre".
