"Immigration enforcement vies for Nov. 3 election ballot"
My attempts are: Fuerzas de inmigración compiten para la boleta de elecciones de nov. 3 o simplemente: Inmigración compite para la boleta de elección de nov. 3 It's always hard to translate Immigration enforcement. Please tell me what you think, suggestions are greatly appreciated. |

How about "Oficiales de inmigracion" or "Control de inmigración" ?
