    Hi Guys!

    Do you know if hour can be abbreviated Hs like in Spanish. I have never seen it, but an acquaintance of mine says it can be so.

    I don't think so Diego. Maybe he meant Hora Somni (Latin: At Bedtime or Just Before Sleep).

    I would say that in an informal where context clarifies the meaning (a list of finishing times for a marathon, for example) you could abbreviate it with hr, but hs wouldn't be understood as hour.
