    Default carga familiar

    Hi Guys,

I have two questions. CARGA FAMILIAR, refers to certain contribution an employer has to make for those employees who have a family- wife and children- I have never seen that phrase in English, so I am completely lost. I came up with family burden, but it doesn't sound ok. Any idea?

The other question is , CONVENIO COLECTIVO DE TRABAJO, referst to an agreement signed between the Union and the employer (actually I don't know whether it is signed) in which certain issues, like workers' benefits are set forth.
    LABOUR AGREEMENT?
    How could I express colectivo?

    Thank you!!!! Diego

Yes, the meaning of carga familiar is that and in english it should be dependent relatives. I've seen some labor related texts and it appears that way. And regarding the other question, in spanish is convenio colectivo laboral and in english it should be collective agreement (when we refer on wages and working conditions)

I hope this is useful for you
