Lamentamos nuevamente todos los hechos ocurridos, no obstante, después de la revisión pormenorizada del expediente, le informamos que para proseguir con el estudio y posterior resolución de su expediente, necesitamos nos envíe los recibos de los gastos que la incidencia le pudo ocasionar, así como fotocopia de su carnet de identidad o pasaporte, los datos bancarios (nombre, dirección postal del banco, IBAN y SWIFT/BIC).
Agradeciendo sus comentarios, confiamos recibirle de nuevo a bordo a fin de darnos la oportunidad de ofrecerle nuestros mejores servicios.

That refers to international banking identification. In addition to the bank name, account holder and account number they require a SWIFT number which is used in international wire transfers. You have to get it from the bank.
