Hola damas!

As you ladies know "time to" is different than "time of".

"Time to" might refer to the time interval between a given point and the first sign of a symptom such as in a medical experiment or a patient under observation.

Ex. The patient was placed under observation at 9AM and the first symptom occurred at 10AM.

Time of first reported symptom

Se report� el primer s�ntoma a las 10 de la ma�ana.

Time to first reported symptom

La hora que se report� el primer s�ntoma fue una hora.

So I'm wondering if it shouldn't be something like "cuanto tiempo hasta que se report� el primer s�ntoma" .

�Que opinan?

I'd say "Tiempo (transcurrido) hasta que se reportó el primer síntoma". Good observation!
