I have a doubt regarding "habichuelas"... aren't they = green beans = [IMG]file:///C:/Windows/Temp/moz-screenshot-3.jpg[/IMG]what we call "chauchas" in Argentina? (see picture)

Really? I understand these are frijoles!!

the ones shown in your pictures, in some areas in Spain they are called habichuelas (and, Vicente, these can be fried, it is not common, but if they are really fresh it only takes about 10 minutes to boil them, so it would be possible to just fry them) in Madrid: judias verdes
