Hola Mari!

¿Go tendría que ver algo con gobierno? no me parece, pero dando otra alternativa, just in case...

With several vaccine candidates entering the field, criteria
for educated Go/NoGo decisions gain increasing importance.
Once safety of vaccine candidates has been verified
in phase I clinical trials, immunologic parameters become
a critical part of this decision process.
