A la nanita nana nanita ella
Mi nina tiene sueno bendito sea, bendito sea

Fuentecita que carre clara y sonara
    Ruisenor que en la selva
    Cantando illora
Calla mientras la cuna se balansea
A la nanita nana nanita ella
A la nanita nana nanita ella
    Nanita ella
    Mi nina tiene sueno bendito
    Sea, bendito sea
Fuentecita que carre clara y sonora
    Ruisenor que en la selva
    Cantando illora
Calla mientras la cuna se balonsea
A la nanita nana nanita ella

Red face here is a la nanita nana in english translation( i hope it's right)

A la nanita nana, nanita ea, nanita ea,
Mi Jesus tiene sueno, bendito sea, bendito sea.
Fuentecilla que corres clara y sonora,
Ruisenor q'en la selva cantando Iloras,
Callad mientras la cuna se balancea.
A la nanita nana, nanita ea.

A la nanita nana, nanita ea, nanita ea,
    Sleep, sleep my little Jesus,
May peace attend Thee, may peace attendThee.
To the world, little Savior, New hope thou'rt bringing
All the world, little Savior, Thy praises singing,
    God's angels hov'ring o'er Thee chant alleluia.
A la nanita nana, nanita ea.

That is the anglicized version of Nanita Nana. If directly translated, your lyrics say:

A la nanita nana, nanita ea, nanita ea,
My Jesus is sleepy, blessed be he, blessed be he
Little fountain that runs clear and sweet-sounding,
Nightingale that in the jungle is singing, cries
    Hush while the cradle rocks
A la nanita nana, nanita ea.

Default Hope this is not too late.

This is what I believe to be corrected lyrics and a meaning translation. This is not a word for word translation or it would not sound correct. I hope this helps.

    Ray

A la nanita nana nanita ella nanita ella
Oh the little girl, Oh the little girl, I speak of her
Mi nina tiene sueno, bendito sea, bendito sea
My little girl is sleepy, blessed is she, blessed is she
A la nanita nana nanita ella nanita ella
Oh the little girl, Oh the little girl, Her, I speak of her
Mi nina tiene sueno bendito sea, bendito sea
My little girl is sleepy, blessed is she, blessed is she
Fuertecita que corre, clara y sonora
She runs so forceful, clear is the sound
    Fui senor que la selva
It was God that saved her
    Cantando llora
    Singing as she cries
Calla mientras la cuna, se balansea
She falls within her crib, She balances herself
A la nanita nana nanita ella
Oh the little girl, I speak of her
A la nanita nana nanita ella nanita ella
Oh the little girl, Oh the little girl, I speak of her
Mi nina tiene sueno, bendito sea, bendito sea
My little girl is sleepy, blessed is she, blessed is she
Fuertecita que corre, ara y sonora
She runs so forceful, clear is the sound

After living in Spain for the last eight years, speaking the language daily and having an intimate understanding of spanish eloquence, as we understand the lyrics, we think that a possibly somewhat more accurate translation would be as follows :

A la nanita nana nanita ella
    To Nanita Nana, she,
Mi nina tiene sueno bendito sea, bendito sea
My little girl is sleepy -be blessed - be blessed,
Fuentecita que carre clara y sonara
Little spring that runs clear and makes a sound,
    Ruisenor que en la selva
The nightingale in the jungle, (Woods)
    Cantando y llora
    Singing and cries,
Calla mientras la cuna se balansea
Be quiet whilst the cradle rocks,
A la nanita nana nanita ella
    To Nanita Nana, she,
A la nanita nana nanita ella
    To Nanita Nana, she,
Mi nina tiene sueno bendito, Sea, bendito sea
My little girl is sleepy -be blessed - be blessed,
Fuentecita que carre clara y sonora
Little spring that runs clear and makes a sound,
    Ruisenor que en la selva
    The nightingale in the jungle
    Cantando illora
    Singing and cries,
Calla mientras la cuna se balonsea
Be quiet whilst the cradle rocks,
A la nanita nana nanita ella.

Hope this is helpful to you :-)

Wow! This is an old thread for sure.

This song is really a lullaby for Baby Jesus and also a Christmas carol. My mother tells me they used to sing it when they gathered around the Nativity on Christmas nights.

The words of the original song have been changed in the version given here.

This is a link of a very accurate translation to the original song.

Another great link that explains this http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1226047

Some comments on your translation though:

Fuentecita que carre clara y sonara
Little spring that runs clear and makes a sound,(sonora suggests music, not only a sound)
    Ruisenor que en la selva
The nightingale in the jungle, (Woods)
    Cantando y llora
    Singing and cries,
Calla mientras la cuna se balansea
Be quiet whilst the cradle rocks, (it is the bird who stops singing)
