I am heading down to Tijuana for some real estate consulting services on Monday. Its been awhile since my high school/college spanish courses and was wondering if someone could assist me with this brief translation in order to make our visit easier:

Roof Management has been contracted by the current building owner, Intramerica Real Estate Group, to conduct a roof inspection. We ask for your assistance in directing us to the roof ladder so we can complete our inspection at this time. The inspection will take approximately 45 minutes.

Los dueños del edificio, Intraamerica...., han contratado a la empresa de cubiertas/tejados para inspeccionar el tejado. Les agradeceremos su asistencia/ayuda para encontrar con facilidad la escalera que lleva al tejado para poder completar la inspección a esa hora. La Inspección tardará unos 45 minutos en completarse.
