Thanks in advance for help.

Well, which of those will you be translating for? In reallity, they should be identical due to the fact that all Spanish language is governed by the Royal Spanish (as in from Spain) Academy.

Default Which Spanish?

It depends on your target audience.
Will the web page be mainly visited by Spaniards, or Latinamericans?
It also depends on the contents of your web site. A site with technical content, for example engineering, will require less localization, whereas an informal content, for example a forum, will need more adjustment to local use of the language.

i agree completeley with "hugocar"
As you surely know:
Spain is in Europe
Latin America comprises all the Spanish speaking countries in America.

Default what spanish should i go for

Well, Spanish is spoken in almost all Latin America, Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Venezuela, Panama, Cuba, Mexico, etc.
It is not that Spanish from Spain is more spoken than the Spanish from Latin America or the other way round. It has to do with the accent, pronunciation, intonation and some differences in the meaning of certain words.
Spanish is one language, what varies is what i listed above and the region where it is spoken. The same happens with English: New Zealand , American, Australian English, among others.

Thanks all for replying, I will narrow down my target market and then decide what translation to go for.
