I am aware that 'pedo' can mean a couple of different things. I, however, cannot find the meaning of 'pedo' in this context: "chilling at the house, bien pedo".

Also, I can roughly see that this next line of text says something about her page, and under where are you(?): "en su pagina de ella. so de donde eres?"

I think this person is at the house, trying to recover from a hungover. pedo in this case applies to drunk.
the other line: in her page, so where are you from?
