Estaria agradecida en saber si puedo mejorar esto:

I would change incluso por incluyendo, meaning translate including as incluyendo, not incluso. Incluyendo la universidad blah blah blah... It is required to translate also the names? I never translate the names of Hospitals, Institutions etc at least it is required or I'm talking about goverment institutions. I won't translate Case Western Reserve University but rather let it as it is.

Cleveland es uno de los centros a la cabeza de la medicina del mundo, una ciudad líder /referente en investigación médica, tecnología, educación, y tratamiento, y donde se trata a (o donde son tratados) pacientes de más de 100 países (eliminaría extranjeros)
