Just a small translation..
what does this mean:
te quiere de gratis my translator says : He loves you of free. Which I don't understand... thanks if you can help  |

I think it means that that person loves you for no reason in particular, in other words there is nothing you need to do to win that person's love, that person loves you at no cost

Electronic translation is horrible! The literal translation would be "He/She loves you for free". As Hebe already pointed out it's an expresion wich means that the person loves you with no strings attached.
