i need to know how to say

"I want to be a Brain Surgeon"

please help it will be greatly apprecated

As a rule cracked down by the institution that guards the use of Spanish, it should not be capitalized. I'd recommend to use italics or boldface type if you'd like to highlight the importance of the specialization.
