Default Differentes formas de saludar y despedirme en correspondencia

Perdonen por tantas preguntas. No hablo espanol mucho y me an pedido varias translaciones en mi nuevo trabajo.

Ahora quisiera pedirles differentes formas de saludes y de despedidas en cartas de officina. Solamente e usado: 'Estimado Fulano'' "Querida Fulana" y 'Sinceramente' para terminar, pero quisiera usar otras formas para variasion tambien.

In formal and business letters "Querido Fulano" is not used. We don't write "Querido/a" neither before the last name nor before Señor/a/es, but "Estimado Sr. Fulano", "Estimados Señores".
