Default Easy translation....well I thought it would be

I am looking for something very simple....I have a friend that is from S. America.. Ecuador...can someone translate this for me I have had 2 different translations when I queried various translation sites...here they are:

He is quite fluent in English and Spanish, but I just wanted to surprise him with that saying...

    Yo le pierdo

    Me olvido de usted

    thank you

Sorry, but I am confused...you're looking for translations of "yo le pierdo" and "me olvido de Usted"?

It´s not very clear what do you want: do you want to say your friend "I forget you"? or "I lost you"

I think you "mistranslated" I miss you and that's how you got Te pierdo or something like that...
maybe you want to say: "Te extraño" which is the transl for I miss you and "te olvido" which is the transl for I forget you...
    is that it?
Hope I was of some help!!!!

Realmente, el destino del mundo depende, en primer lugar, de los estadistas y, en segundo lugar, de los intérpretes.

I fear that jacinda sent the letter saying "Me olvido de Usted" and isn't happy with the answer...hopefully that's not what happened.

I agree, why don't you give us the English phrases? Those Spanish ones don't sound very nice :-/
