Default "Shopping spree" in Spanish?

How would you translate "Shopping Spree" in Spanish?
Thanks!
Isabel

Default Hi sitetranslations!

An option would be "salida de compras". What do you think?

I think shopping spree is more like compulsive shopping right?

Agree with Veronica...maybe it could be translated as compras desenfrenadas, excesivas...

Default Shopping Spree clarification

Thanks to all of you for your help. Actually, my client uses "Shopping Spree" in the sense of a certificate that is given to their top performers as an award, so it needs to have a positive slant.

I would suggest "Mejor Comprador", or something similar...there's no precise term for that....

Default Just a thought

I like 'salida de compras,' but I've always translated this directly to avoid ambiguity for legal reasons. For example, a "Target $5000 Shopping Spree" would be "$5000 para comprar productos en Target." It's a bit awkward, but a bit more specific, too.

a spree is an acción desenfrenada and to go on a shopping spree is to comprar como loco. I'm not sure how you would combine the two.

what about a certificate (¿vale?) "para comprar a lo loco"... I think it conveys the idea of "desenfrenado"/ excessive, but it can have a positive slant... at least here it would mean you can buy whatever you want or as much as you can, and that would be an extra gift (not just that you can buy stuff, but you can buy in excess!) -the "loco" would not be negative in that phrase...
