I'm the process of doing genealogy research, I need to send an email that I need translated first.

Here's what I need translated:

I live in the US. My grandfather died in Caracas and I need to request a certified copy of his death certificate. What is the cost? What information do I need to provide?

"Vivo en Estados Unidos, mi abuelo falleci� en Caracas. Necesito una copia certificada de su partida de defunci�n. �Cu�l es el costo de este tr�mite? �Que informaci�n necesitar�a consignar? "
