Hello,

I am translating a general text about migrant and refugee women into Spanish, and I have trouble with the following sentence:

"Recognising and enhancing ‘soft’ skills, such as confidence or self-esteem, is not easy to capture in ‘hard’ outcomes, but they are critical first steps for many migrants, and particularly women and their children"

I think I cannot mantain the relation between "soft" and "hard" in Spanish. Moreover, I have trouble with the structure when rewriting the whole sentence in Spanish...

Do you have any suggestion for an accurate translation of this sentence?

Thank you!
