Thread: ¿Football es fútbol?

A todo esto yo creo que el football (futbol americano) deberia llamarse handball o algo similar si se tiene en cuenta que en el football se utilizan las manos la mayoria del tiempo.

Creo que el "fútbol" es el soccer.

¿Es así? He mirado muchos partidos de "fútbol", pero casi ninguno de "fútbol americano".

En los EEUU, football se refiere al futbol americano. No es necesario decir futbol americano.

Este año la final del campeonato mas importante (The Superbowl) se celebro en Phoenix Arizona el pasado fin de semana. Lo pasaron en NBC. Si tienes cable probablemente lo podrias haber sintonizado.

So se queiren referir al futbol (soccer) pues lo llaman soccer. En los ultimos años el Soccer lo pasan en ABC. Sobre todo si es el mundial.

Por supuesto , que hay otros canales que tambien pasan estos deportes (ESPN, etc).
