I don't know any spanish, just signed up to get help with these lines:

Solo entiendo la mitad de lo que escribiste aqui.

And also:

Ay! Me confundes.! Dijiste algo te que te diga cuando vamos a
caminar...crecera o invitara o llamara pronto.

And how do I tell a girl I'm really interested in her and think she's the most gorgeous gal anywhere, and if possible want to spend more time with her?

I'd really appreciate the help folks, thx

I think the second sentence is not all correct. I can't translate it properly. I'm sorry.

You may say to this girl the following:
Realmente me gustas mucho. Eres la chica m�s maravillosa del mundo y si fuera posible, me gustar�a pasar m�s tiempo contigo.

You can say the following thing this girl:
Realmente me gustas mucho. Eres la chica m�s maravillosa del mundo y, si fuera posible, me gustar�a pasar m�s tiempo contigo.

This is not a literal translation of what you wrote, but if she talk Spanish she will understand it perfectly.
The translation of what I wrote is this:
I really like you. You are the most marvelous girl in the world and, if possible, I would like to spend more time with you.

Seems like you said something she didn't understand (while you were walking perhaps)...
