I think there is a mistake in the original English sentence. It should be Through instead of though.
If the actual word is through, the translation would be something like:

Nadie entiende por lo que pasé.

Or "Nadie comprende por lo que tuve que pasar"

Depending on the context, your second sentence would translate either:

Se demoraría más de...

Or

Requeriría más de...

It would take more than a reality tv to scare "Pepito"... So i think the translation could be:

Haría falta mas que un reality tv para asustar a pepito... But i don't know if this is the correct translation. Can you help me with this one?
