The Altavista Babel Fish isn't doing a very good job with this, can you help by translating into English please?

Quiero darte las gracias por el programa pero lo que dice que no le pase a nadie el prorama, tengo que decirte que este ya lo tenia yo hace mas de un a�o, lo que pasa es que creia que era nuevo por no habrirse siento que sea yo el que te lo diga al fin y al cabo 6 � no es mucho gracias hermano David supongo que ese es tu nombre

I want to thank you for the program but although it reads it should not be copied, I must tell you I've had it for over a year but I thought it was new because it would not open. I am sorry I am the one to tell you, at the end 6 � is not much.

I hope it helps cause I am assuming the program is a software or smth like that because there is not enough context really.

Hi Sandra, I'm not sure if you received my last e-mail but you are a lifesaver and I am truly grateful for your help but I don't understand why he feels this way.
