Thread: Need some help with Loterías y Apuestas del Estado...

I've just begun playing lotteries online (specifically the Euro Millions on this occasion) via an online establishment, but I just want to check the legitimacy of the ticket they sent me a scan of. It was purchased in Spain, so after doing some research, I figured out that Loterías y Apuestas del Estado is my port of call--but their online form specifies you must write in Spanish to receive an answer. So, can someone help me translate my query into Spanish? And then, translate their response back into English for me?

Can you please confirm that the ticket is genuine. And could you advise me if my name being printed on the ticket is enough to prevent anyone else from claiming it should a major prize be won?

If you have any experiences with Congalotto, please let me know. Thanks very much in advance, and if possible, an answer in English would be much appreciated.
