BE CAREFUL ¿es imperativo?
DANGER! ¿o estoy equivocada?
Re: BE CAREFUL ¿es imperativo?
Re: BE CAREFUL ¿es imperativo?
No encontré ningún hilo anterior.
Re: BE CAREFUL ¿es imperativo?

Re: BE CAREFUL ¿es imperativo?
You are right PIM. Be Careful can be an order or a casual comment depending on how it is said or written. A mom who yells BE CAREFUL!! at her small child who is walking out into a street is saying WATCH OUT! DANGER!
On the other hand if the child is going out to play in her back yard and there is no imminent danger then when she says "be careful" she is just saying "Take care, have fun"
