    Default Touching

UU. y me encontré con la siguiente frase dentro de la cláusula "Sexual Harassment": "conduct of a sexual nature, such as uninvited touching of a sexual nature".

Your translation is good for US Spanish.

But, there are a couple of considerations here:

...such as uninvited touching of a sexual nature"... como tocar a otro sin su consentimiento".

    1. otro as a pronoun can't be used without a referent, so it should be tocar a otra persona.

    2. tocar per se is not bad... but I guess within the context is understood; however, manosear is always bad.

However, since it is Spanish for the US, I guess your option is OK. American Spanish accepts N'importe quoi!!
