    HEllo!

The translation for mixed-feelings could be "sentimientos encontrados" or "sentimientos contradictorios".

    Hope you find it useful!

    Regards,

I like "sentimientos contradictorios" in this case.

But I wonder what is meant by acceptance. Acceptance of the mixed feelings or acceptance of the cause of the mixed feelings?

    Literally:

La unica manera de liberarse (desembarazarse) de estos sentimientos contradictorios seria la aceptación (de ellos?).

However, I would wait for a native Spanish speaker to offer a better translation.

Native speaker on call here How's life Vincent? Long time...

La única forma de deshacerse de estos sentimientos confusos es la aceptación/aceptándolos/asumiéndolos.

I agree with GabrielaC - "sentimientos encontrados" sounds to me like the perfect translation for mixed-feelings, at least here in Argentina, where it is a commonly used expression.
