Default Problem with slang words and computer chat terminolgy

What does the expression "Siento no corresponderte" mean when used in the context of the following conversation?:

Yulissa: Hey, hola vida. No tengo internet se me acabo'. jjjjjjj
Juan: Hola. Estoy en la cafeteria. Como estas?

    Yulissa: Bien
Juan: Se te acabo la internet?
    Yulissa: Coji un inter prestado.
Juan: Por que se te acabo?
    Yulissa: Estoy con mi hermana.
Juan: Te ves hermosa, mami. La recuerdo, tu hermana. Estas en La Vega.
    Yulissa: Si
    Juan: Muerdes las unas?
Yulissa: Si estoy nerviosa tengo anciedadn.
    Juan: Que pasa?
Yulissa: Nada. Lo mismo. Tristeza. Depre en finmil mierd de mi vids.. Vida.
Juan: Te amo, mami...y te extrano muchisimo.
Yulissa: umju. pero k hagosi no siento lo mismo x ty? Siento no corresponderte.
Sorry.
Juan: Te amo, Mami, mucho. Me alegro que te conectaste. Te extrano cuando no conectas.

Is she saying that she is sorry for not having corresponded recently, since she began the conversation by saying that her internet was down, or is she telling Juan that she is considering ceasing all further correspondence from this point on? I've never seen the verb Sentir used in this way, but I've only been studying Spanish for a year. Any hep would be appreciated.

    Hello JennaDom,

Something weird happened. I replied to you several hours ago, but now my previous message is missing. Anyway, here it goes again.

Juan dice: Te amo, mami...y te extrano muchisimo.
Yulissa dice: umju. pero k hagosi no siento lo mismo x ty? Siento no corresponderte.

Yulissa se está disculpando por no corresponder a los sentimientos que Juan tiene por ella.

Yulissa is apologizing for not being able to correspond to Juan's feelings. She is sorry for not loving nor missing him the way he loves and misses her.

Other examples are: 'Siento no poder ir a la fiesta' ... 'I am sorry but I won't be able to go to the party'.

'Siento haberme perdido la reunión' ... 'I am sorry I missed the reunion'.

    Warm regards,
    Xóchitl (Socheel) L.

When Juan asks Yulissa if she could love him in the future like she once did in the past, and Yulissa says "No veo el futuro, sorry" (I don't see the future) is she flat out saying no, not ever, or is she saying something like "Who knows what the future holds. Possibly. Maybe, maybe not"?

Yes, it is possible. The hidden message she is sending is: "Who knows what the future holds."

    Hi wetdog,

"Umju" is not a real word. It is like using: Jummm, uhmmm, ummm, etc. to express thinking.
