Smile A suitable translation for "handhealth"

    Hi,
Could anyone make a few suggestions please?
I can't seem to come up with any translations which retain the same kind of message and are pleasing to hear.
    My own interpretation:
"Manos-saludables" It does not have the same ring to it.
    Thanks in advance,

    What about "manos limpias"

Not what I was looking for. It has to do with exercises for hands... Like hand gym.
    Any more suggestions?
    Thanks,

Providing more context is key to find a suitable translation.

Perhaps: la salud de la mano.

Your manos saludables is good too.

As I said, the most suitable phrase will depend on the full sentence where the term is placed.

It could also be "el cuidado de sus manos" o "manos cuidadas", but I agree with Cotty that it all depends on the context!
