    The post in question was already deleted by the moderator. It was made by a spambot. I think the moderator should delete ours as well in order to avoid this kind of misunderstandings IMHO.

    La palabra Dismemberment significa desmembramiento. Hay una ley nacional "Accidental Death & Dismemberment"

    Insurance that pays the insured or his beneficiaries specified amounts, in addition to or in substitution for compensation for injuries suffered by the injured, for the loss of specific body parts, body functions, or death resulting from an accident.

    If the word is dismemberment, you can translate it as "amputación traumática" with amputation being used as a surgical procedure
