Default the white van syndrome

The white van syndrome :
-------------------------------

I heard this many a time in England ...
meaning :

They – the white vans – are always on the right-hand side of the street (whereas in England you are supposed to drive on the left-hand side).
They ignore traffic lights, don’t use their direction indicators, and never give priority. They have no speed limits and park wherever they like.
When they are behind you they will nearly push you forward and then they will overtake you blowing their horn...

You also have the infamous "white van man", the driver of the aforementioned vehicle, a law on to himself too

Hi guys, I think it may refer to ambulances.

I don't know how ambulance drivers do their job in the UK, but where I live, they do exactly what is described above.

see you!
