No encontre este termino en sapiensman, es sobre trituradoras y sus tipos de maquinarias... SCALPER alguien alguna vez lo tradujo?

I think it means "escalpelo" or "bisturí"

El escalpelo o bisturí es un instrumento en forma de cuchillo pequeño, de hoja fina, puntiaguda, de uno o dos cortes, que se usa en las disecciones anatómicas, autopsias y vivisecciones.

Hi! I think you are referring to "scalpeL"

Here's what I found for "scarper" on Wikipedia:

Disculpe pero estaba trabajado en México y no tenia tiempo responder. Telsmith fabrica máquinas para la industria de construcción y demolición. El "scalper" es un abraso mecánico que raspa piedra mas grande para intoducir el piedra en el "crusher", una máquina que pulveriza la piedra. Los pedrazos mas grande esta sentado mas alto que mas pequeño fragmentos y tiera en un cintarón y permita el abraso agarrar sloamente los pedrazos ariba asi el nombre "scalper" que significa tomad de ariba.

Ojala la explicación te ayuda.

Without seeing the actual machine I would translate "scalper" as "Disgregadora rotatoria" or "Trituradora de mandibula"

Sounds right, it is hard to be sure without knowing the actual context of the word
