Hola ivelcon! No s� si este texto viene del espa�ol o no, pero s� te puedo comentar que la palbra "funtion" deber�a aparecer como "function". Tambi�n queda mejor como "This module has the function of registering...with the intent of evaluating...ensure a career for them within the company based on their competencies."

Gracias por la ayuda. Tengo una duda, yo se que si usas el "FOR" el verbo que le sigue debe terminar en ing, �tambi�n sucede esto el "OF"?
