What would be the appropriate translation for:

Open Source Healthcare Information System

**** clinical system for physician offices, hospitals, ********, laboratory, orders, documentation and more.

The google translation does not reverse translate very well:

Abra El Sistema De Informaci�n De Healthcare De la Fuente Libere el sistema cl�nico para las oficinas, los hospitales, la farmacia, el laboratorio, las pedidos, la documentaci�n y m�s del m�dico.

"Open source" means "de distribuci�n gratuita"

Open source software is royalty free and everyone can contribute upgrading it, improving it or adding functions to it.
