I agree because can be a context of selling used stuff by example "used cars"
would be "autos/carros usados".The same in this case:
Used Light Bulbs:ampolletas/bombillas usadas
Used Electronics: material electr�nico usado
Used Mercury Devices: Dispositivos de mercurio usado
Used Batteries: Bater�as/pilas usadas
That is different when I say: "the used light bulbs in this house were blue":
"las ampolletas utilizadas en esta casa eran azules".
And:"For sale used light bulbs"--> "se venden ampolletas usadas"

Here in Argentina we say "lamparita" instead of "bombilla".

I would say "dispositivos de mercurio", although, aren't these also batteries?
